A native Midwesterner, Eve’s passion for performing sprang from her early training as a competitive gymnast and young ballerina in central Illinois. In these two disciplines, Eve learned the value of working hard and taking direction, winning awards for being the most coachable in gymnastics and having an exemplary work ethic in ballet – an honor given to one Nutcracker Mouse each year.
She carried these traits with her with when her family moved to the New York City area for her dad’s work. Eve eagerly seized the new opportunities that living around NYC affords, and after making it far in the callback process for her first national tour audition just a week after the move, she was hooked!
Eve booked her first professional show, Annie at Paper Mill Playhouse, within a year, and booked an Off-Broadway play, The Net Will Appear, soon after. In this two-person play, Eve starred opposite the Emmy-nominated actor Richard Masur.
When not performing, Eve continues to study dance, voice, and violin, and she’s picked up the ukulele and guitar for fun! She loves to read and has special fondness for all things Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. She enjoys playing Minecraft with her older brothers, singing around the piano with her family and attending summer camp.
A Midwestern girl at heart, Eve is so lucky to have found a wonderful community of friends, teachers, and colleagues in the NYC area theater scene.
